  • Build and maintain a sustainable relationship with your stakeholders and represent MobiLab in the best way possible.
  • Conduct effective stakeholder and user workshops to collect and analyze diverse information and assess the potential for offering MobiLab’s products and services.
  • Learn the depth of customer requirements and translate them into tailored software solutions that solve real problems.
  • Research, design, improve, and optimize the user journeys of your product.
  • Establish and prioritize your product backlog, considering both business and user value.
  • Test ideas and enhance solutions based on metrics and user feedback.
  • Take full responsibility for your product and coordinate your team to deliver results with the highest quality.
  • Have the high-level as well as the low-level view of your product and its status at all times and streamline your stakeholder communications accordingly. 
  • Contribute to improving MobiLab’s product ownership processes through active exchange and knowledge transfer with your peers.

At your core, you are a passionate team player who appreciates and respects the viewpoints of your teammates.

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, managing products from conception to launch and ongoing development.
  • Business acumen and B2B customer management experience with a strong focus on working with corporate customers.
  • Extensive experience in successfully delivering software projects and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with data-intensive solutions, i.e., those that convert raw information into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrable principal knowledge of agile development and continuous delivery.
  • Knowledge of some agile frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite, including Confluence and Jira.
  • You know how to support your team and contribute conscientiously and passionately.
  • You embrace your role as a product ambassador and actively promote your product, including presenting at conferences.
  • You enjoy engaging in close communication with customers and users.
  • You thrive on overcoming challenges through your creativity.
  • You pay exceptional attention to detail.
  • You make data-driven decisions using relevant metrics.
  • You exhibit strong organizational skills and hold yourself to high-quality standards.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
