That’s what it’s about
As part of the Finance team, you will be taking responsibility for our Operational Finance area and will grow stepwise into the Project Controlling. You will be reporting to the Head of Finance. The following are the focus areas:
Operational Finance:
- Ensure timely processing of incoming invoices, approval, and integration into the payment process to ensure smooth handling of financial obligations.
- Responsibility for timely invoicing at the end of the month for ongoing projects, checking all issued invoices based on time tracking to ensure accurate billing. Any discrepancies should be immediately reported to the project managers.
- Close cooperation with our tax advisor, including preparing figures and providing relevant information for creating the economic evaluation at the end of the month in consultation with our Head of Finance.
Project Controlling:
- Create controlling reports for our IT projects, to ensure a clear overview of progress and financial performance.
- Prepare figures and communicate results concisely to the Head of Finance, to enable informed decisions.
- Identify discrepancies in time tracking, and report to project managers to ensure accurate recording of project times and correct potential errors.
