The role is a combination of people responsibilities and delivering hands-on project work within our teams

Representing MobiLab towards and communicating with the customer
Translating customer requirements into technical acceptance criteria
Presenting the delivery outcomes to the customer and obtaining customer’s acceptance
Onboarding, mentoring, and supporting Cloud Engineers within your team
Enabling your team members to take ownership of their projects and tasks
Continuously improving the team’s technical know-how and delivery capability
Challenging the status quo and tackling complex customer problems together with your team
Collecting and acting on different work KPIs

This is you

At heart you are a passionate team player, who respects the opinions of his colleagues, as:

You have a bachelor in IT Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a similar field
You have at minimum 2 years experience as a cloud engineer with Azure
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading distributed and in-house teams
You have extensive experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
You have experience with cloud governance frameworks
You have extensive experience with automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
You have experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python
You have experience in leading customer projects
You have extensive experience in handling and aligning multiple stakeholders within one project
You have already worked in agile teams and you know how to transfer your knowledge to your team members
You have experience using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
You speak fluently English, a plus but not a must: you speak German
You share your knowledge with your teammates through documentation and pair with them in their task
You strive to proactively come up with creative solutions to solve complex customer problems
You like working in a cross-functional, multicultural, and agile working environment
